This Limited Warranty applies only to FitYuki products purchased directly from official FitYuki sales channels, including fityuki.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other authorized distributors.
By using a FitYuki product, you agree to the terms of this warranty. If you do not accept these terms or are ineligible, do not use the product and contact our support team immediately.
What Is Covered
Under this Limited Warranty, FitYuki guarantees that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as described in FitYuki's user manuals, safety guides, and specifications, during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty Coverage:

Ellipticals
Standard Warranty Period:

1 year for the structural frame and all other components.
Extended Warranty:

How to Obtain Warranty Service
If your FitYuki product does not function as intended during the warranty period:

Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Describe the issue clearly and include photos or videos to support your claim.
If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the product or part. Charges may apply for issues not covered by this Limited Warranty or for out-of-warranty service.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Damage due to fire, flood, weather, or other external events.

Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.

Improper installation, storage, or usage contrary to the instruction manual.

Water damage or use in unsuitable environments.

Wear-and-tear items and cosmetic damage (e.g., seats, grips, knobs, paint, scratches, plastic covers).

Damage due to lack of maintenance (e.g., squeaking or grinding noises).

Products with removed or altered serial numbers or identification labels.

Malfunctions caused by third-party products or accessories not approved by FitYuki.

Any data loss or damage resulting from product use.
Limitation of Liability
FitYuki’s responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing a defective product while it is under warranty.
FitYuki is not liable for:

Loss or disclosure of personal or confidential data.

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or profits.

Claims from third parties.
Total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product. This limitation does not apply to bodily injury, damage to real property, or damage caused by gross negligence where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitYuki disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
