We’re confident you’ll love your FitYuki product, which is why we offer a 30-day Home Trial with a money-back guarantee.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and promotional gifts.

  • Products must be undamaged and in resaleable condition.

  • Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our 30-Day Home Trial Terms and Conditions.


Returning Your FitYuki Product

  • If the return is initiated by the customer (change of mind, wrong order, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our support team and may incur an additional return shipping fee.

  • Products returned damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of misuse may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

  • All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase, shipped in original packaging.


Return & Refunds Will NOT Be Accepted If:

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) is not provided, or appears forged or tampered.

  • The product was damaged by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, exposure to moisture or foreign objects.

  • Product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof markings are altered or removed.

  • The product is damaged due to external forces (fire, flood, storm, etc.).

  • The return package is not sent back to FitYuki within 7 calendar days after your return is approved.

  • Other disqualifying conditions stated in this policy or our general terms.


How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please contact us at support@fityuki.com.
Include the following:

  1. Order number

  2. Tracking number (once shipped)

  3. Photos or videos of the product in its original packaging

  4. Reason for return

IMPORTANT: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact FitYuki Support within 24 hours of delivery and provide photo/video evidence. Without this, your return may be treated as a “buyer’s reason,” and FitYuki may decline a refund or charge restocking fees, at our sole discretion.

Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • If the return is due to a FitYuki error, we will cover all shipping costs. Examples include:

    • Wrong item shipped

    • Duplicate shipment

    • Malfunctioning item during the trial period

    • Item delivered to the wrong address

  • If the return is for reasons not related to FitYuki’s fault, the customer covers return shipping costs.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Refunds will be net of any shipping and restocking fees, if applicable.
