  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $99 within the continental United States.

  • Shipping rates for other regions will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

  • Duties, taxes, or customs fees (for international shipments) are the responsibility of the customer.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Restricted or embargoed countries as defined by local or international law


📩 Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@fityuki.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll resolve the issue promptly.


💥 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the box and contents.

  2. Do not discard the packaging.

  3. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fityuki.com.

We will investigate and assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
